Recruiter / Employment Specialist - Training Provided Full-Time | Morgantown, WV | $50,000-$60,000 First-Year Earning Potential | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission You Don't Have to Be a Recruiter to Become a Great Recruiter. Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Recruiter / Employment Specialist to join our Morgantown, WV team. We're looking for someone who is great with people, motivated, competitive, coachable, and driven to succeed. If that sounds like you, we'll teach you the rest. Previous recruiting or staffing experience is NOT required. We will train the right person. With a competitive base salary, uncapped commission , and performance-based bonuses, the first-year earning potential is $50,000-$60,000. What You'll Do Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Recruit and source candidates for office and professional positions Interview and screen candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals Match candidates with job opportunities Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Conduct outbound recruiting calls, emails, and text outreach Re-engage previous applicants and candidates Write and post job opportunities across multiple recruiting platforms Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and placement process Help candidates navigate the employment process Sales & Business Development Build relationships with local businesses and hiring managers Make outbound sales and business development calls Develop new client relationships Identify companies with hiring needs Meet with prospective clients and learn about their staffing needs Present recruiting and staffing solutions Grow existing client relationships Network within the local business community Work toward individual and team sales goals Client & Candidate Relationship Management A great Employment Specialist is both a Recruiter and a Sales Professional. You'll build relationships on both sides of the hiring process - helping candidates find opportunities while helping businesses find the people they need. You'll become a trusted resource for job seekers and employers throughout the local community. No Recruiting Experience? That's Okay. We will train you.
