We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will screen patients, perform dental cleanings, and assist the dentists with exams and procedures. The ideal candidate is state licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has at least two years of experience. Job Description What You’ll Do:
• Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
• Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain detailed patient records using Open Dental (training available)
• Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care.
• Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners.
• Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health.
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued.
• Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records.
• Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's needs.
• Track and schedule follow-up visits to ensure patients receive continuous care.
part-time $550 - $650 per hour
Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:
•Tuesdays & Fridays, 9 AM – 5 PM
What You Need:
• Valid Dental Hygiene License in the applicable state
• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Certification in dental radiography (X-Ray Certified)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
